The mMR is light weight and compact, “true mesh wireless” hardware. Utilizing the embedded IRS and multiple-frequency architecture, the mMR creates a converged wireless infrastructure which allows for real time back haul diversification. This process creates a common network channel with in the network.

Antenna Products’ mMR is the first high capacity “true-mesh" wireless networking system that is completely independent of network capability restrictions seen in other wireless systems. Military and Public Safety customers have the capability to function as a root or repeater node and maintain military-grade compliance of Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2* without additional controllers or modules.

Together, mMR and IRS deliver a unique class of “true-mesh” wireless network equipment specific to its focused sector. Frequency configurable for licensed and non-licensed frequencies, an mMR can be quickly introduced into an existing network infrastructure without costly major network upgrades. This convergence frequency capability ensures optimized support for mobile data, video, interconnect (Push-to-Talk) PTT voice capabilities*, real-time handoff and roaming, Over-the-air (OTA) technology upgradeable, and non-line of sight (NLOS) frequency options allows for a high level of obstruction penetration.
