|
Applications:
The LP-103 is a directional log periodic antenna covering the 40-60 Mhz frequency range. It is specifically designed for use in a manpack tactical meteor burst application. The antenna has an instantaneous bandwidth, making it compatible with VHF FM frequency hopping radios. The militarized design makes the antenna suitable for use in adverse environmental applications. Features: The antenna is a lightweight manpack antenna. The curtain is a braided element secured to a canvas support medium, allowing ease of stowing. The antenna stows in a canvas carrying bag having a volume of less than 0.3 cubic feet, and weighing less than 10 pounds. The support mast is a telescoping dielectric mast which extends to 20 feet and collapses to a stowed height of 31 inches. The four way guys are made from kevlar. |
