Applications: The VHF dual polarized log periodic antenna, normally used in surveillance activities, has two independent (one horizontal, one vertical polarized) outputs and is designed for RF reception in extremely hostile environments. Features: The antennas are heavy duty and built to withstand high winds with icing conditions. All materials have good corrosion resistant qualities. Characteristics: Available in a mast-mounted version with either a powered or manual pedestal, or in a back-mounted configuration for single-directional coverage. Equipment Supplied: The antenna, a support mast, a control group consisting of pedestal, control cable, and control indicator. Optional Equipment: TS-1A (70 foot tower) TS-9A (20 foot tower) Manual positioner Electric positioner |
